Mahesh Asrani

A finance leader with over 35 years of experience, Mahesh is the Chief Audit Officer of COFCO International limited (CIL), a global Agri commodity business. CIL is a subsidiary of COFCO Group, a state-owned enterprise of China and is co-owned by Temasek, and International Finance Corporation.

For a major part of his career, Mahesh has led the finance function in large global businesses in various capacities, including as Chief Finance Officer of COFCO Agri Limited. His forte is effectively managing risk in a high growth business environment, steering business transformations and championing corporate governance practices to ensure compliance and sustainable success of the organisation.

Mahesh has also served on the Committees of Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and is actively associated with the Indian Business Leaders Roundtable of SINDA.
