Maharukh Dalal is a seasoned leadership coach, consultant, and adept facilitator renowned for enhancing the capabilities of senior leaders. Drawing from her former corporate executive background, Maharukh offers a unique blend of strategic acumen and senior leadership experience, enabling her to comprehend clients' business intricacies effectively.

With a robust corporate history at Starwood Hotels (now Marriott) in Brand Management, Global F&B Strategy, and senior leadership roles, Maharukh contributed significantly as Vice President at Selina, a burgeoning millennial-focused hospitality brand. She has guided hospitality business investors on transformative strategies and operational optimizations through her consultancy.

Maharukh holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and French with Highest Honors from Rutgers University. She is a certified coach trained by the Coactive Training Institute and recognized for its excellence by the International Coaching Federation and Harvard Medical School.

Originally from India, Maharukh pursued her undergraduate studies in the United States before working in Singapore for six years. Presently settled in London with her husband and two sons, she enjoys indulging her passions for woodland walks, baking, and gardening.
