Lucia Garcia Linares

Lucía is a passionate leader who prioritizes her team's well-being while driving business performance through empowered, self-managing teams. Born and raised in Spain, she holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Belgium. Her interests include reading, yoga, playing grass hockey, coaching, and enjoying family life. Lucía spent 6 years as a Project Engineer in the Automotive Sector before joining Toyota in 2005, where she was captivated by its culture of Respect and Continuous Improvement. Currently, she serves as Head of Operations Control in Toyota's European Parts Supply Chain, overseeing customer relations and operational improvements across 14 sites. Lucía actively promotes Toyota's culture and leads Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives in Logistics. Her mottos are "Everything is Possible Together" and "It is all a matter of Attitude".
