Laura Wagner

Laura is a passionate, results-driven leader with 10 years of experience in buying and product development. She has worked for international companies such as Office Depot Europe and ALDI Süd International. Currently, she leads a diverse international team of buying specialists and managers in ALDI’s non-food special buys department, where they oversee the development and global procurement of promotional products.

Prior to her current role, Laura served as an International Buying Manager at ALDI Süd. Before that, she worked at Office Depot Europe as an International Sourcing Manager for its private label range. Laura is dedicated to fostering a growth mindset and an open culture within her teams. One example of this is the internal podcast she co-launched at ALDI to inspire and engage her colleagues.
