Johnny Ladouce

Former Regional CIO and Vice President Information Technology, CA Technologies, Johnny Ladouce, has over 20 years of experience in the company. In this capacity, he evaluated and selected hardware and software tech to meet business objectives and drive organisational transformation. He also drove Organisational Change activities across high impact process re-engineering efforts resulting in minimal productivity dips and high adoption rate.

Johnny is an experienced strategic IT leader who effectively introduced agile methodologies to IT projects and operational activities across the region where over 80% of work undertaken followed the agile practices. He also led the successful implementation of ERP systems across 14 countries in Asia Pacific & Japan in collaboration with global head of Business Systems.
