With over 18 years of experience working in Asia, Evelyn’s career began as an in-house Management Consultant with Siemens Business Services (SBS). Since then, she has held various leadership positions at Siemens in the areas of IT Governance, Project Management, Organisation Development, Process Management and Communications and Change Management.
Evelyn is currently the Head of IT Excellence, APAC, MEA as well as Global Lead for Siemens’ “Mobile Work Program” with over 100 employees in 21 countries. An empathetic leader with organisational talent and intercultural skills, Evelyn specialises in guiding cross-functional and multi-cultural teams through times of change and transformation.
She is a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) as well as certified in ITIL V3 and COBIT Foundation.
