Dr. Tanaya Mishra

Rated one of India’s top HR professionals, and People Matters Top 40 Aspirational HR Leaders of Asia, Dr Tanaya has diverse experience across industries including manufacturing, retail, insurance, and IT/ITES. She’s currently the CHRO with Essar Projects.

Prior to this role, Tanaya was Managing Director HR, APAC with Accenture. Other roles she’s held include Head of HR for ACC Ltd. Shoppers Stop, SBI Life and Senior Vice President – Group HR for JSW.

Tanaya has won many accolades and awards, most recently the Women Super Achiever award 2016, the Most Influential HR Leaders in 2017, and The Pride of Maharashtra award in 2018. She was recently invited to be an Executive Council Member of the world’s most powerful network of women across the globe. In addition, Tanaya has authored several publications, was member and facilitator with APERG, was board member of NHRD Network, CII, Subject Matter Expert with SHRM, and Executive Council member at EFI. She was also a part of the prestigious CSC Commonwealth Leaders cohort.
