She is the Global CHRO for In-Solutions Global, the trusted FinTech service provider and payments facilitator across Africa, the Middle East, India and Australia.

Tanaya has been CHRO for multiple companies including Endo, Strides and Essar Projects. She was also Managing Director HR, APAC with Accenture, Head of HR for ACC Ltd. Shoppers Stop, SBI Life and Senior Vice President – Group HR for JSW.

Tanaya has won many accolades and awards, most recently the Women Super Achiever award 2016, the Most Influential HR Leaders in 2017, and The Pride of Maharashtra award in 2018. She was recently invited to be an Executive Council Member of the world’s most powerful network of women across the globe.
