With a track record of success, he's played pivotal roles in establishing and expanding facilities across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and Australia. His career journey has seen him rise from Manufacturing Engineer to Director of Operations for North America, and he presently serves as the Senior Manager for Operations Transformational Excellence at Flexco. Armed with an MBA in Strategic Business Management and a Black Belt in Lean 6-Sigma, Doug brings over 36 years of operational expertise.
