His leadership in technical operations streamlined customer support by automating workflows, enhancing customer and agent satisfaction insights, and integrating post-acquisition teams into the broader support organization.

Recognized for driving business transformation, scaling operations, and implementing performance management strategies, Derick is passionate about championing the customer voice through data-driven storytelling and refining the end-to-end customer journey.

A graduate of Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics and a Secondary in East Asian Studies, Derick was a competitive swimmer. These days, he channels his athletic energy into exploring the hiking trails of the Bay Area. When he’s not on the trails, he enjoys perfecting his homemade focaccia and Detroit-style pizza.
