Danielle is a leader in the field of corporate sustainability. As the founder of Impact FWD, she supports brands and investors as fractional sustainability lead and impact advisor. Her motivated clients include Nespresso, where she supported US sustainability strategies.
She was previously the VP of Sustainability for Grove Collaborative, the leading digital-first brand & e-commerce platform for natural home and personal care products, and the world's first plastic-neutral retailer. As VP, she built the company's sustainability program from the ground up, managing the program, advocacy and corporate giving.
Before joining Grove, Danielle was the Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (WSI). Long inspired by the possibilities of sustainability-first consciousness provide, she was an Impact Analyst for four years at Sonen Capital, an investment firm that prioritizes socio-environmental outcomes in conjunction with financial returns.
She holds an MBA in Sustainable Management at Presidio Graduate School and BA from Brown University.
