Byron has over 20 years of experience in CRM, IT and business intelligence management, IoT and big data. He is currently the VP of Siemens Mindsphere - an open, cloud-based IoT operating system that connects data from industrial assets to the Cloud to solve industrial problems before they happen and improve the efficiency of industrial assets across the world. Byron is also an evangelist for Siemens Industrial IoT. A global “fixer” for toxic projects, Byron was responsible for turning around Siemens Oracle SaaS CRM deployment in South East Asia.

An unconventional presenter, Byron avoids high brow jargon, instead using relatable examples and stories in order to bring new or complex concepts to the masses. Byron spent 12 years as a Senior Consultant with Maximizer Software, was a COMDEX winner and a pioneer of CRM and SaaS (software as a service).
