With over 15 years of experience spanning across integrated communications, customer engagement, digital transformation and marketing automation, Brenda has worked with iconic global brands including UPS, Nestle, Cisco, Toyota, and KFC. As the Executive Group Director at Ogilvy, Brenda leads teams on regional and local businesses across B2B, Government and Consumer sectors. Her accomplishments include launching UPS’ new global brand platform ‘united problem solvers’ in Asia Pacific, winning and leading the integrated Changi Airport Group account, forging Singaporean national identity with Ministry of Community Culture and Youth (MCCY), and transforming KFC’s brand amongst Singaporean youth. Brenda’s journey with Ogilvy began as the Digital Account Director on the American Express International account, where she launched the brand campaign ‘Realise the Potential’ (RTP) across 22 markets. During this time she was part of the core team for the 360 launches of RTP in UK, Canada, Mexico and Australia. Brenda then returned to Singapore as the Regional Digital Director on the fastest-growing global client in Asia Pacific: Nestle. She worked with local markets over 3 years to drive their digital offerings and best practice and launched Nestle Infant Nutrition’s first social CRM program for mothers in China. Brenda is passionate about advocating for gender equality and making the workplace more inclusive and sustainable. She was one of the founding members of MeWeWPP, the diversity and inclusivity initiative across 26 agencies in WPP Singapore. Brenda was also one of Campaign’s 40 Women to Watch in Asia in 2018.
