Bob is the Senior Director of Sales for JAN-PRO Systems International, an international franchise system that helps people realize their dreams of business ownership.

Bob previously spent 10+ years at Apple, including six years in Shenzhen, China where he led revenue growth and lifted customer service experiences to establish an all-time high benchmark as a Store Leader.

With over 30 years of leadership experience, Bob has worked for notable brands such as Starbucks, ServiceMaster, Sprint, Comcast and Apple. He has held various executive roles including VP of Operations, Director of Training & Development and GM Sales & Operations.

Bob is a dynamic facilitator and speaker who has delivered essential leadership development sessions and keynote presentations for various organisations in the United States, Myanmar and China.
