Bettina Schaller holds the position of overseeing the Group Public Affairs endeavors at the Adecco Group. Notably, she serves as the President of the World Employment Confederation (WEC), which stands as the representative voice for private employment services. Furthermore, she occupies the role of Vice-Chair in the OECD BIAC Employment, Labour, and Social Affairs Committee. Additionally, Bettina is the Co-Chair of the B20 Future of Work, Skills, and Mobility Task Force, while being a member of the B20 International Advocacy Caucus.
Distinguished for her extensive contributions, Bettina is also a Steering Group Member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) "Center for New Economy and Society" and the Global Apprenticeship Network (GAN). Notably, she was selected as a 2011 Young Leader by the American Swiss Foundation (ASF), where she now leads as the President of the ASF Young Leader Alumni Foundation Board.
Bettina Schaller played a pivotal role in the launch of "The Boardroom" initiative in 2021, a Swiss endeavor dedicated to promoting Board Diversity and nurturing the pipeline of Future Women Leaders. Over the years, her impactful efforts have earned her accolades, including being named a "Staffing 100 Europe Influencer" since 2017, a part of the International 50 in "Global Power 100 - Women in Staffing," and recognized in the Latin America 25 Top Leaders in Staffing since 2022.
