Until recently, Anneliese Olson was a leader at HP, having served as the SVP & Global Head of Category and Sustainability for the printing business. In her role, she led the Print Category within HP's newly formed Commercial Organization, overseeing global category management, 4P execution, P&L management, supply/demand planning and go-to-market strategy.
With 25+ years of experience at HP, Anneliese brings deep go-to-market knowledge, expertise in product and category management, and a strong growth mindset to the enterprise. She was also the driving force behind HP's print sustainability strategy.
Previously, Anneliese held the position of Vice President and Global Head of Home Printing Solutions at HP. In this capacity, she was responsible for driving worldwide growth and profitability for the Home Printing Solutions business, developing strategic product portfolios and new business model investments and execution. Before this, she served as Vice President & General Manager of HP's Personal Systems Category for Asia Pacific and Japan, based in Singapore.
Anneliese is not only a seasoned professional but also a passionate advocate for sustainability and diversity at HP. She actively promotes work-life integration, workplace inclusion, and women in leadership, having served as the Executive Sponsor for HP's APJ diversity efforts and the Women In Networking (WiN) group in Singapore. Anneliese's career at HP has encompassed various roles across PC, printing, and services businesses, where she consistently drove business profitability and led transformative initiatives in product development, strategy, marketing, P&L management and go-to-market strategies.
