Originally from Germany, Alexander was raised in France with a British education. This international upbringing has spilled over into his professional life where he has around 15 years of experience working in Europe, China and other countries in Asia. Until recently, he settled in Singapore at a telco startup, Circles.Life, where he works closely with the founders on developing the people and culture of the company.
Alexander has worked with corporates as well as fast-growing startups across different industries on their people and culture challenges in this era of digital disruption. He helps companies to attract, retain and develop exceptional talent in order to build sustainable and unique workplace cultures; specifically, building high-performing teams and everything that sustains them - from talent acquisition and development, people partnering and operations to total rewards, and employer branding.
He is also a keynote speaker where he has shared how he’s developed and sustained innovative talent strategies, and has recently published his first book, "Startup Culture; Your Superpower for Sustainable Growth", which aims to help readers use startup culture to reach their potential and build their own competitive advantage.
