Zac Lucas

Zac is a Partner with Spencer West LLP, a London-based International Law Firm. He is regularly instructed by leading financial institutions, family offices, law and accounting firms, and wealthy families and individuals to advise on business and family office governance structures, in many cases leading multi-jurisdiction and disciplinary teams to establish a consolidated international family structure.

He has over 20 years of post-qualification private client experience with various international law firms based in Europe, Caribbean and Asia; and has extensive experience advising various international transparency laws, including the Common Reporting Standard (CRS), Mandatory Disclosure Rules, Economic Substances Rules and Beneficial Ownership Registers, both in relation to the EU as well as adoption across various International Financial Centers in Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.
