After being in technology consulting for 25 years, Yev is dedicating his next 25 years to bringing Pickleball, the fastest growing sport in America, and Padel, the fastest growing sport in the world, to his community.

A passionate coach who creates a world of fulfillment by helping others achieve their potential, Yev is also a Leadership and Executive Coach.

Before making the switch, Yev worked for small, medium, and large software product companies and technology consulting companies. Yev has worn a number of different hats throughout his career- quality engineer, software engineer, architect, product manager, agile coach, mobile competency center leader, innovation practice leader, and enablement leader to name a few. Regardless of his official role, Yev’s true passion and focus has always been to embrace growth mindset, raise personal self-awareness, as well as to help others grow and evolve.

Yev received a Bachelor's in Software Engineering from University of Mass and a Master's in Information Systems and Management from Harvard.
