Yev is a passionate technologist, speaker, and coach who creates a world of fulfillment by helping others achieve their potential.

With over 20 years of professional experience in software engineering, Yev has worked for small, medium, and large software product companies and technology consulting companies. Yev has worn a number of different hats throughout his career- quality engineer, software engineer, architect, product manager, agile coach, mobile competency center leader, innovation practice leader, and enablement leader to name a few. Regardless of his official role, Yev’s true passion and focus has always been to embrace growth mindset, raise personal self-awareness, as well as to help others grow and evolve.

Yev received a Bachelor's in Software Engineering from University of Mass and a Master's in Information Systems and Management from Harvard.
