Vrushali Gaud

Vrushali specializes in helping corporate teams navigate ESG-led transformations. She is currently an MD at Accenture where she leads the ESG Measurement, Analytics & Performance practice, with a deep focus on climate risk and transition solutions. She has a strong track record of walking corporate teams through ESG-led transformations from strategy development, reporting, carbon emissions management and leveraging technology solutions to deliver on their sustainability agenda.

She started her career in the automotive and solar energy sector and subsequently worked in the policy and advocacy space as an advisor for International Integrated Reporting Council (now part of the ISSB - International Sustainability Standards Board)to accelerate the adoption of non-financial reporting. Her experiences having lived and worked in the US, UK and Southeast Asia have shaped her commitment to bridge the gap between business and sustainability through an integrated approach to ESG.

She is also a mentor to early-stage climate startups and passionate about building the next generation of workforce that will help rebuild a green and clean economy.

Vrushali has a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Pune Univ. India; M.S in Industrial Engineering from University of Wisconsin - Madison and MBA from Kelley University, USA.
