Vicki is a veteran of the IT industry where she has spent almost three decades of her career focused on channels, with broad experience across all hardware and software product segments, channel sales models and routes to market. Based in Asia for over a decade, she has an extensive network across the APAC partner ecosystem with resellers, distributors, systems integrators and ISV partners.
Currently, Vicki is the VP of Cisco’s Partner Organisation in the Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China (APJC) region. She is responsible for developing and enabling the growth strategy of Cisco’s APJC partner ecosystem, including distributors, global strategic partners, independent software vendors (ISVs), systems integrators and resellers. She leads a cross-functional team that collaborates with close to 20,000 partners across the region to drive simplicity, ensure alignment, and create value exchange with the partner community.
Prior to her current role, Vicki was Cisco’s MD, Data Center Sales, APJ. Aside from growing the Data Center and Virtualisation business in the region, Vicki drove Data Center-related channel partner relationships. She has also held senior positions in management, sales and marketing for SAP, VMware, CA Technologies, Adobe, Toshiba and Network Associates.
Outside of work, Vicki speaks at many technology events across APAC and is often called upon by leading industry publications for comments on channel and IT trends. She is also the Regional Executive Sponsor for Cisco’s Women of Cisco chapter in APJC and takes a keen interest in coaching and mentoring.
