Ushma Agrawal

Ushma is a high-level project manager with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She's held numerous senior positions at Marriott International, and is currently Director of Project Management for Classic Select Brands, including Protea Hotels, Courtyard, Fairfield, and more.

A British expat living and working in the USA, Ushma has spent most of her career with Marriott International, where she is currently Director of Project Management for Classic Select Brands. Most recently, she was Director of Project Management for Digital Guest Experiences. She is a certified Project Management Professional, and has a side hustle as a Professional Organizer, which brings her project management experience together with her love of decluttering and organizing in an effort to help people find peace and order in their spaces.

Ushma has had the privilege of working a 3-4 day work week for the past 13 years. She has also taken a solo trip around the world!
