Designed, developed and implemented our Customer Engagement platform, a 3-year strategic collaboration for mutual sustainable growth with priority initiatives and Customer engagement roadmaps.

Strong Change Management background having designed, developed and implement stakeholder engagement plans to communicate and drive a culture of change within Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain. In 2020 and 2021 received 100% favorable engagement in our Global Opinion Survey.
