Tiana S. Clark is a US Air Force veteran, mom of four, Fortune Top 10 tech leader, entrepreneur, creator & executive producer, multi-award-winner, wife, teacher, university professor, nonprofit founder, diversity and inclusion leader, world traveler, and career coach. She teaches people how to be audacious.
Orphaned at age 11, Tiana has always had the audacity to make her own way, defy the odds, and follow her inner wisdom to accomplish anything. She empowers career professionals to do the same through her program, Audacious Academy. And, she empowers tweens through her Hollywood-award-winning film series, Soci Circle.
A few of Tiana’s notable career accomplishments: being named “Airman of the Year” at her UK airbase; building Microsoft’s first-ever and best-in-class US Services Sales University; and leading Valero Energy’s IT change management during an international acquisition.
She has been a guest speaker and panelist for many organizations, including Microsoft, The Tory Burch Foundation and The National Diversity & Leadership Conference. She’s been featured in The New York Times and The Economist.
A lifelong educator, she holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership, is a Northwestern University Kellogg Business School professor, sits on the Advisory Board for the University of Maryland Global Campus, and serves as a local school board director.
Tiana has co-piloted an F-15 fighter jet over England and considers it to be the coolest thing she's ever done.
