Suzanne began her career at Accenture, where she provided consulting services to Fortune 100 companies. In 2001, she joined Albertsons, pioneering and leading the company's Lean Six Sigma program – the first of its kind in the food and drug industry.

In 2008, taking her expertise beyond Albertsons, Suzanne served as the Retail Practice Leader for SSA & Company. During her time there, she directed engagements with prominent clients like Kroger, Harris Teeter, Staples, and Office Depot.

Returning to the revamped Albertsons Companies in 2012, Suzanne played a pivotal role in spearheading five major acquisitions and integrations. Her strategic contributions catapulted the company to become the second largest food and drug retailer in the United States. In 2017, Suzanne took on the significant responsibility of achieving $500M in cost savings within a three-year timeframe, showcasing her proficiency in driving results.

Recognizing her exceptional leadership and vision, Suzanne was appointed Group Vice President, Strategic Sourcing, and Sustainability in 2020. Subsequently, she became the company's first Chief Sustainability and Transformation Officer. In this role, Suzanne has been instrumental in driving the company's ESG strategy, aptly named "Recipe for Change," and overseeing a multitude of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Suzanne earned her degree with honors from Duke University and beyond her professional endeavors, she actively contributes to the community by serving on three non-profit boards. Additionally, Suzanne lends her expertise to the Advisory Boards for both the EDGE program at Duke's Fuqua School of Business and The NEST Climate Campus.
