Steen Puggaard

Steen has over 20 years of experience in the F&B industry and was most recently CEO of the Pirata Group in Hong Kong and CEO of Burger King Scandanavia.

Prior to that, Steen was the CEO of 4Fingers for 5 years, from 2013 to 2018, and remains an investor in the business. He built 4Fingers from a single outlet in Singapore to the multinational corporation it is today – a chain of fast casual restaurants with 32 stores across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Australia.

After stepping down from operating the 4Fingers business, Steen moved on to investing as Operating Partner at Archipelago Capital Partners, a Singapore-based private equity fund that actively seeks investment opportunities in South East Asia.

Steen was previously the General Manager of F&B for Robinsons, CEO of CT Corpora’s F&B division, and held regional Director roles at Les Amis, Brand Doktor and McDonalds. Steen also held the position of Marketing Director for Asia Pacific for Burger King, securing Burger King’s growth and profitability across the Asia Pacific region.
