Steen Puggaard

Steen was the CEO of 4Fingers for 5 years, from 2013 to 2018, and still remains an investor in the business. He built 4Fingers from a single outlet in Singapore to the multinational corporation it is today – a chain of fast casual restaurants with 32 stores across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Australia.

Steen has over 20 years of experience in the F&B industry. Before 4Fingers, Steen was the General Manager of F&B for Robinsons, CEO of CT Corpora’s F&B division, and held regional Director roles at Les Amis, Brand Doktor and McDonalds. Steen also held the position of Marketing Director for Asia Pacific for Burger King, securing Burger King’s growth and profitability across the Asia Pacific region.

After stepping down from operating the 4Fingers business, Steen has moved on to investing as Operating Partner at Archipelago Capital Partners, a Singapore-based private equity fund that actively seeks investment opportunities in South East Asia.
