Sree Kancherla

Sree is a well-known name in the world of corporate sustainability – where she guides her clients to achieve triple bottom line success through her initiatives. She is currently the Director of Global Sustainability at Kearney.

In her role at Kearney, Sree specializes in sustainability in the supply chain for corporates, with a particular focus on the fashion and regenerative agriculture industries. With over 20 years of experience as an innovative and influential advisor and global business strategist in social impact and corporate sustainability, Sree has achieved significant accomplishments.

Sree started her career as a human rights lawyer, developing policies and rebuilding nations post-civil conflict. She then became part of a pioneering group of individuals who built up the social entrepreneurship and impact investing space. Sree served as Executive Director of impact-driven businesses and has been a consultant to CxOs, Boards, philanthropists, and HNIs on their sustainability and ESG strategies for the past decade.

Sree focuses on the S and E/S in ESG, building business models and initiatives to guide clients in achieving triple bottom line success. She lived and worked in India and sub-Saharan Africa, where she helped build the sustainability ecosystem and public-private partnerships for companies as part of their market entry and scaling into the regions.

In her spare time, Sree conducts workshops on conscious leadership and emergent strategy and speaks on the topic of ESG. And… Sree's debut TV series is currently in pre-production – talk about a multi-talented Thinkfluencer!
