Sonia Gupta

Sonia is an expert in blending customer and cultural understanding, trends, and creativity to uncover insight generation and develop breakthrough innovation. She is currently an MD in the Growth & Innovation services of Accenture in Asia. In her role, Sonia works closely with the C-suite and Boards comprising clients to improve their competitiveness and performance, and specializes in the areas of accelerating growth through innovation, leadership and sustainability.

Outside of work, Sonia is passionate about social change and supports organizations focused on education, enabling elders to live with dignity as well as those that improve the lives of those less fortunate. She works closely with various social impact ventures in APAC.
