Jian Haw has worked exclusively in the multichannel retail sector for over 12 years, during which time he has honed his expertise in e-Commerce. He holds a unique perspective on how digital commerce can help brands sell to, service, and engage their customers. He has led and grown e-Commerce P&L for a brand, a pure-play online business as well as a marketplace, giving him a holistic view of the entire industry. Currently, Jian Haw is the Business Transformation Lead for Asia-Pacific (e-Commerce) at Mettler Toledo. Having worked on both the e-Commerce retail as well as the manufacturer and brand side, he has a wealth of experience with e-Commerce tactics.
Jian Haw was previously with Lazada (a subsidiary of Alibaba Group) as VP Category Management, and was the Head of Ecommerce for Abbott Singapore.
