Out of all the skills Sandip has acquired throughout his career, he’s come to realise that his true passion lies in working with leaders and helping them realise their potential. Befittingly, he is currently an ICF-accredited Leadership and Life Coach as well as advisor helping individuals and companies to find long-lasting success.

Sandip is an experienced business leader, who has held a variety of leadership positions in industries ranging from FMCG, media and cement, and has worked across India and Nepal and played a transformational role in organisations he has been with. He brings a unique perspective from having worked at both large multinational corporations, MD for Nepal at Unilever, and family-owned enterprises, COO at MP Birla Cement.
