Sajal Bhatnagar

Sajal is a strong believer that relentless execution and constant improvement are the surest ways to succeed. He has handled P&L, built products and led teams of over 1,000 individuals.

He is the Chief Digital Officer for Allo Bank, which launched in May 2022 and has become one of the fast-growing and most profitable digital banks in the past two years.

He was previously the Chief Business Officer at Paytm Payments Bank and was instrumental in setting up various businesses from scratch and helping them scale. Before that, he was a Management Consultant at Accenture Strategy.

Sajal holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta and BTech, Mechanical Engineering from IIT Dhanbad.
