Rukmini Giridhar

With over 19 years of blended business partnering and CoE experience, Rukmini is passionate about building positive organisational cultures, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. Her last role in the corporate world was as Head of D&I and Talent Management at Diageo India. She then transitioned to her former role as a Gig Specialist, working with multiple notable organisations such as Swiggy – India’s largest food delivery platform – on strategic projects.

Rukmini has worked in high-growth companies in a range of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, consulting, retail, and FMCG. She believes in aligning learning initiatives with business outcomes that successfully demonstrate ROI for the organization.She is accredited to administer scientific tools (Hogan Assessment, DISC, OPQ and JDI) to assist in people development. Rukmini is also a Six Sigma Green Belt holder.
