Rukmini Giridhar

With over 19 years of blended business partnering and CoE experience, Rukmini is passionate about building positive organisational cultures, talent management, and diversity and inclusion. She is the Head of Talent Management, Leadership Development and Rewards at SKF India, a knowledge-driven engineering company.

She was previously the Director and Head of Learning and Organizational Development at Arcolab and the Head of D&I and Talent Management at Diageo India.

She was also a Gig Specialist, working on strategic projects with multiple notable organisations including Swiggy, India’s largest food delivery platform.

Rukmini has worked in high-growth companies in industries including manufacturing, healthcare, consulting, retail, and FMCG. She believes in aligning learning initiatives with business outcomes that successfully demonstrate ROI for the organization. She is accredited to administer scientific tools (Hogan Assessment, DISC, OPQ and JDI) to assist in people development. Rukmini is also a Six Sigma Green Belt holder.
