Rudy Abrahams

Rudy’s secret to leadership success is putting people first. He has over 20 years of ICT experience in both public and private sectors, with expertise in large-scale digital transformation to unlock the value of technology.

As a member of SAP’s Senior Executive Team in Southeast Asia, he is currently the President and Managing Director of SAP Philippines.

He was previously the VP of SAP SuccessFactors in Singapore, a leading provider of cloud-based people solutions. He oversaw the end-to-end business – driving revenue, engaging customers, and collaborating with partners towards business outcomes and customer success. He and his high-performing team are focused on helping SuccessFactors customers evolve from Human Capital Management (HCM) to Human Experience Management (HXM) by ensuring that people are at the heart of digital HR transformation efforts and maximise each of their employee’s potential.

Before that, he was VP of the Digital Transformation Office, where he led the creation and management of end-to-end customer journeys with industry expertise, innovation and digital transformation for over 10,000 customers across Southeast Asia while scaling and accelerating SAP’s long-term business strategy.

Prior to joining SAP, Rudy worked at the City of Cape Town in South Africa, where he has been the Manager for the City’s SAP Enterprise Support Centre since 2010. In this capacity, he was responsible for leading the largest SAP ERP Centre of Excellence (SAP COE) implementation for local government, with over 160 certified SAP Consultants. The City’s Emergency Policing and Incident Control system that showcased SAP HANA alongside the SAP-powered successful city administration has been recognised across the globe for maximising public ROI.
