Ronnie Varghese

As the founder of Mindful Leadership Coaching and Consulting, Ronnie nurtures product, design and technology leaders and tech-driven organisations as Coach and Advisor.

Before launching his consultancy, he was with Almosafer, Saudi Arabia’s leading travel company, for 7 years. He held multiple leadership positions including Chief Digital Officer where he leveraged his extensive experience and expertise to drive digital transformation and deliver measurable results for the organization and its customers.

Prior to joining Almosafer in 2017, Ronnie began his career as a tech and management consultant, serving clients such as Workbrain (Infor), AT Kearney, and Axsium Group across North America, Australia, and Europe.

He has been a serial entrepreneur since 2011 when he founded his first tech startup, Veritasq, which was later acquired by a competitor in 2013. He then co-founded the tech company Polyform Labs and a startup incubator Stone Soup Innovation Labs, serving as CEO before Arlene Dickinson's firm Venture Communications acquired both. During his tenure as a tech entrepreneur and digital product leader, his products generated over $6.75 billion in sales.

Ronnie's commitment to lifelong learning and his desire to give back to the community is evident in his involvement in mentoring and teaching life skills to individuals facing challenges. His ability to deliver innovative solutions and his passion for using technology to improve people's lives have been a hallmark of his career.

He holds a Computer Engineering degree from UofT and an MBA from the prestigious Rotman School of Management, and his exceptional track record of building and scaling teams, tech-savvy, and entrepreneurial spirit make him a valuable asset to any team.
