Roger Fisk is a global communications strategist who played key roles in the successful campaigns of President Barack Obama. Fisk now helps private sector clients all over the world, from European cities bidding to host global sporting events, to sustainable investment funds and Fortune 100 companies looking to optimize their messaging capacity.
Roger has a deep understanding of how brands win in the Attention Economy. He takes a hands-on, direct approach to helping clients engage millions of people in sustained engagement strategies, using SMS and social media to great effect along with legacy media like TV and newspapers.
Clients include seven years of communication strategy for MIT Sloan, a two-year project that boosted the communication skills of Ernst and Young partners across three continents, and branding workshops for Microsoft, KPMG, Times of India, the International Chamber of Commerce and many more. Fisk regularly provides global analysis to SKY Europe, Bloomberg News, FOX NEWS, Israel’s i24, Dubai’s Gulf News and more.
During Obama’s first campaign, Roger served as Director of Special Events, where he coordinated media coverage of over 150 events across 30 states. He then served in both Administrations, both inaugurations and the re-election, and continued post-presidency by helping launch the Obama Foundation's Young Leader initiatives and coordinating international media for Mrs Obama's "Becoming" book tour. Prior to this service he was a Senior Aide for Policy and Communication in the US Senate.
