Rod Lacey

Rod has nearly 3 decades of HR experience. He is currently Chief People Officer at Simpro, and was previously Vice President of People at Talkdesk, a Hyper-growth SaaS unicorn.

As Simpro’s Chief People Officer, Rod leads all aspects of Simpro’s global human resources, aligning the people strategy with the company’s aggressive business and customer goals.

In the three decades of his HR career, Rod has led and transformed the human resource experience with highly successful companies in the technology and online ordering industries. He has established a reputation for helping companies to scale and grow in headcount, revenue and global markets.

He is a Senior Certified Professional under the Society for Human Resource Management, and is a Professional In Residence at Utah Valley University.

Rod rode a bull in a rodeo twice (never making the 8 seconds). He can also walk on his hands, and recently completed his first Ironman triathlon – checking it off his bucket list.
