Rob specializes in coaching entrepreneurs, CEOs, and constructing high-performance teams and organizations. He's the founder and managing partner of Trellis, a leadership firm that collaborates with startups to establish high-performance entities. Trellis covers a comprehensive range of organizational development aspects, including Leadership, Teams, Culture, Performance, and Scaling. Notably, several of Rob's clients, such as Traveloka, Trax, Crypto.com, and more, have attained unicorn status during his involvement.
Rob's corporate coaching extends to esteemed names like Goldman Sachs, Apple, Procter & Gamble, and Bain & Co. He co-founded and serves as the non-executive chairman of MoneySmart, a leading online financial comparison site in Southeast Asia. His collaborative efforts with the CEO have led to the creation of a robust high-performance culture there.
Previously, Rob spent 12 years as a partner at Monitor Group, leading the European Financial Services practice and London office. He co-founded antfactory, an early European digital venture capital firm, and later initiated SPARCK, a fintech company based in Amsterdam. Following the Citigroup acquisition of SPARCK, Rob became an Operating Partner at TowerBrook Capital Partners, a significant private equity firm with $10 billion in assets.
Rob holds an engineering degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Outside of his professional journey, Rob finds joy in hiking, cooking, tennis, travel, classic cars, and spending quality time with loved ones.
