Rina Ho

Rina is often referred to as a positive catalyst leading diverse multicultural teams. As the VP of Business Unit Training for APAC & Greater China at Adidas, she leads the largest region with double-digit growth in performance training and sportswear and is passionate about meeting consumer needs.

Prior to this, she held Brand and Retail Director roles in the Adidas Group where she grew revenues, profitability, and brand equity through engaging and enhancing consumer experience online and offline.

She is also a sportswoman who brings a sports mindset and attitude into life and work, and enjoys mentoring and coaching others. She holds an Honours Degree in Bachelor of Business Studies from Singapore.
