Raja Roy

Raja is a seasoned business transformation leader with over two decades of experience in Strategy, Consulting, and Technology across various leadership roles at large multinational corporations. He is an active contributor and coach to industry forums such as 3-Day Startup, Smart India Hackathon, and CII. Throughout his career, he has held key roles including Chief of Technology, Digital Strategist, Business Consultant, and Entrepreneur.

Currently, Raja serves as a Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Humanize, where he leads technology initiatives and product development in Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, and SaaS. He is responsible for driving product strategy and growth.

Previously, as the Global Head of the Digital Transformation Office at Tech Mahindra, Raja was instrumental in shaping the company’s digital strategy across industries, service lines, and geographies. His work drove 30% YoY growth in the digital business, positioning Tech Mahindra as one of the fastest-growing digital-majority organizations. Raja also played a pivotal role in developing the company’s Large Deal practice, contributing to billion-dollar wins per quarter. His leadership helped Tech Mahindra achieve top rankings, including being named the #1 GSI in Forbes’ Top 100 Digital Companies and recognized for supply chain transformation by leading analysts like HfS, Everest, and ISG.

Raja has a strong track record of scaling businesses from the ground up, delivering exceptional revenue growth and customer satisfaction. He was also the Chief Technology Officer for the Global Chess League, the first-ever sports league focused on chess. Known as a thought leader, Raja excels at bridging technical and business teams to unlock synergies and drive innovation. He also founded the ‘Institute of Future Enterprise’ at Tech Mahindra, a pioneering research and thought leadership arm.
