He also has extensive experience in manufacturing, planning, logistics, and distribution, with a strong focus on developing leaders and fostering motivated organizations.

He brings to his role over 21 years of leadership and management experience with The Procter & Gamble Company, a global consumer products giant with sales exceeding US$65 billion. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Supply for the Feminine Care Category in the Asia Pacific-India-Middle East-Africa region, Rahul has held various senior positions within the company.

As Senior Director of Supply Network Operations for the Feminine Care Category in the same region, he demonstrated exceptional strategic acumen in managing complex global and regional supply chain networks. Prior to that, as Senior Director of Manufacturing for the Feminine Care Category in India, Rahul showcased his expertise in building high-performance organizations and delivering significant business results.

Throughout his career, Rahul's analytical thinking and deep functional expertise have added substantial value to both top and bottom-line performance. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management (MBA) from NITIE (National Institute of Industrial Engineering), Mumbai, India, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Harcourt Butler Technological Institute, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
