Rahul has led and built several global teams working in India and the Silicon Valley, USA through his 25-year career. He credits his professional success to the mentoring and development of individuals that he has managed over the years.

He is the SVP and Global Head of Engineering at G-P/Globalization Partners, providing HR, legal and compliance support for companies to build teams anywhere.

Before G-P, he was the VP of Engineering, End User Computing at VMware, leading End User Computing organisation in India that enables ""Anywhere Workforce"" strategy for VMware. He is also a published author and a Gallup Strengths Coach.
