Puck is leading the Distribution & Transformation Payment team at the Lufthansa Group. She is based in Zurich and is dedicated to advancing digital innovation through dynamic collaboration and joint initiatives across the entire value chain.
Before this role, Puck served as the Head of Global Market Strategy from June 2021 to March 2024 in New York, where she drove strategic development, change management, and digital innovation on an international scale. She also held the role of Program Lead for Next Generation Network Management in Frankfurt, focusing on strategic development and digital strategy. In addition, she worked in Business Development and Analytics Network & Partnership Management, where she contributed to commercial aviation strategies and business development.
Puck began her career at the Lufthansa Group in 2017 through the ProTeam Management Trainee program. During this time, she contributed to various strategic projects, including commercial strategy development, joint venture management, and implementing B2B sales tools for the APAC region.
Puck holds a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in International Management from the University of Amsterdam, where she also engaged in research projects in Indonesia and Singapore. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Management from Hotelschool The Hague, participating in excellence programs and earning a nomination for the INCH Allegro Award. In addition to her formal education, Puck completed the Disruptive Strategy course at Harvard Business School in July 2023. Her expertise spans sales, leadership, the airline industry, travel management, global business, customer service, strategic planning, business development, and organizational development.
