Prahlad Agarwal

Prahlad Agarwal is a highly experienced finance and strategy executive who specializes in banking and insurance, whose exemplary leadership in driving digital transformation earned him the prestigious MetLife Purpose Award in 2020, selected by the Board among global employees. He currently serves as Head of Strategy at Manulife, Philippines. Prior to this, he led Financial Planning & Analysis in New York and spearheaded Digital Transformation for select Asian markets of MetLife, which involved an investment of USD 6M. Prahlad's strong foundation in the financial industry was built through his experience with three leading financial institutions in India, including L&T Financial Services, Tata Capital, and ICICI Bank, where he honed his skills and expertise. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a PADI-certified advanced open water diver.
