Philippa (Pip) Penfold

Pip co-founded People Collider following a 20-year corporate HR career which included senior positions at Infosys Consulting, GroupM and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Through People Collider, Pip educates HR professionals about new technologies (including Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, and Robotic Process Automation) and technology ecosystem design to solve their current and future talent related business challenges.

Pip is a HR Tech Start-up Mentor and provides expertise to emerging HR technology companies as an advisor. She also teaches Human Capital Innovation to Master students at a Singapore University and regular lectures at other business schools. Pip researches the impact of human- technology blended teams on the workforce and workplace beyond the Information Age, and how the skillsets of HR professionals will evolve in the next decade. She is a regular keynote speaker on HR and Technology at regional and global conferences as a recognised thought-leader on the application of Artificial Intelligence by Human Resources.
