Pete Sparber, with over two decades of experience in Human Resources, has overseen the careers of 17,000+ individuals globally. As the former CHRO of Infor, he advanced culture and operational excellence for a workforce of 17,000+ employees across various HR functions.
From early 2020 through mid-2022, As Infor’s global CHRO, he played a vital role in driving the growth and development of the organization. His expertise contributed to the advancement of recruiting strategies, rewards and benefits programs, performance development initiatives, as well as talent development and enrichment programs for employees worldwide. Prior to his tenure at Infor, Pete held significant leadership positions in human resources within various Koch companies.
Starting in the early 2000s, Pete began his journey with the Koch companies, initially as a global leader overseeing compensation and benefits for two Koch companies. He then went on to become the HR leader of INVISTA's global Apparel Division, followed by taking the helm of Molex's Consumer and Commercial Solutions Division. His final role within the Koch network was as Molex's International HRVP, based in Shanghai, where he focused on international human resources responsibilities.
Pete's professional path began in New York City, where he initially pursued roles in advertising, marketing, and communications. However, driven by his passion for human resources, he made a mid-career shift that led him to excel in the field. Additionally, Pete holds a Master's in Fine Arts from Cornell University, which adds a creative perspective to his extensive HR expertise.
Now, with his full-time corporate career behind him, Pete is embarking on a new chapter in his life as he rekindles his ambitions as an artist. Utilizing his artistic talents and experiences, he is eager to explore and express his creativity through various artistic mediums, reflecting his diverse range of experiences and passions.
