Paul Raben-Christensen

Paul is the Regional Head of Leadership and Talent Development for Bloomberg LP, based in Hong Kong. In his role Paul is responsible for the identification and development of leaders across Bloomberg. Bloomberg is the global leader in business and financial data, news and insight.

Paul is the co-lead of Bloomberg's Hong Kong BPROUD Chapter. BPROUD is Bloomberg's global LGBTQ+ & ally community.

Prior to joining Bloomberg, Paul was Head of Leadership and Talent for British Airways.

Throughout his career he has been passionate around raising awareness around the challenges in the LGBTQ+ community. He volunteered for a number of non-profit organisations supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
