Paul Meinshausen

Throughout his career, Paul has held leadership positions in data and product at renowned enterprises like Teradata and DT One, as well as tech startups including Housing.com. He is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Aampe, an AI SaaS startup backed by Peak XV. Before this, he co-founded PaySense in 2015, a mobile consumer app focused on fintech and credit in India, where he served as the Chief Data Officer. PaySense's success led to its acquisition by global fintech giant PayU for $185 million in 2019.

Paul is also an angel investor, specializing in AI, B2B SaaS, and developer tools. His early investments have proven successful, with startups he backed securing funding from top-tier VC firms like Sequoia India and Southeast Asia, Lightspeed, Gradient Ventures, Coatue, and Felicis Ventures.

Paul's career began in the US Army Intelligence, where he worked on statistical inference over unstructured data and deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan in 2010. He has also showcased his talent for data visualization with an interactive series featuring 150 years of Singapore Straits Times headlines, which was exhibited at the prestigious Singapore ArtScience Museum in 2015.
