Patrick Pearson

Patrick is an 11-year fintech and payments veteran having spent the first seven years of his career at a financial services startup and the last five years in fintech and payments working for Mastercard. Starting his career in business development, Pat has since worked in varying roles including Corporate Development, M&A, Investor Relations, Account Management, and Sales. In his early years of in-house Corporate Development and M&A work Pat lead various transactions totaling more than USD $400MM; more recently at Mastercard, he’s received multiple Sales Exceptional Sales Performance Awards and was recently promoted to lead this new Open Banking Partnerships team across North America for Mastercard. Pat’s favorite accomplishment though is his family including his two daughters of 4 and 2 and behind that, his single-digit golf handicap.
