Pallavi Sebastian

Pallavi is a senior sales & operations executive with 20 years of experience. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Distribution Strategy at Salesforce. Prior to this, Pallavi was Chief of Staff and Operations for the Financial Services business at Microsoft. Her prior roles have included leading sales for software, cloud, devices and mobility solutions. A woman, a mother, an ally, a leader committed to making a difference and helping others succeed.

Over her career, Pallavi has been responsible for building and leading sales, operations and business development organizations for emerging technologies or businesses, driving cultural transformation, creating D&I initiatives and talent development programs, and delivering multi-million dollar enterprise partnerships. She served as a Co-Chair of Women at Microsoft Employee Resource Group and led the annual Microsoft Women's Leadership Conference where employees come together to share, learn, inspire, and empower action.

Pallavi is a graduate of Rutgers University and earned her degree in Computer Science.
