Om Prakash is the Founder and CTO of Dive, a meeting AI copilot for teams that helps facilitate productive meetings. He successfully scaled the product to over 30K+ teams, including teams at Glassdoor, Amazon, Meta, and Paypal. With over a decade of experience in the technology industry, Om Prakash has worked in various roles and projects, primarily in B2B and Consumer Internet.

Prior to founding Dive, Om Prakash co-founded MyKarma, a live trivia game show platform, where he led Product and Engineering. He successfully scaled the platform to accommodate 100K+ live concurrent users. He has also served as the Head of Engineering at Fitzoo, a company that offers vertical SaaS for fitness studios.

Om Prakash is passionate about product development and enjoys solving engineering challenges on a global scale. He is also a strong advocate for the Future of Work, diversity, and inclusion in the tech industry.
