Olga LaBelle is a seasoned sustainability and corporate strategy leader with over 15 years of experience driving impactful cross-sector partnerships. As Vice President and Head of ESG at Warner Music Group, Olga spearheads the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy, integrating purpose with business priorities. She leads cross-functional initiatives that create meaningful social and environmental impact while collaborating with industry peers to reduce the music sector’s carbon footprint.
Before joining Warner Music Group, Olga advanced financial inclusion and public-private partnerships at Mastercard. Earlier in her career, she was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group, where she played a pivotal role in developing Total Societal Impact—a framework that aligns social and environmental impact with corporate strategy to enhance shareholder value.
Olga holds an MBA and a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Yale University. Residing just outside New York City, she enjoys music, wine, and cycling in her free time.
